I have worked with organisations of purpose for nearly 18 weeks including social enterprises & CICs...
I helped 12 positive impact organisations run in-person, hybrid & virtual programmes...
And gave 225 hours of pro-bono support to great causes via free of charge coaching & consultancy...

For me, B Corp™ certification has never been about displaying a logo or simply checking boxes. It represents and reminds me of the mission and vision of Walsh’s Learning to Achieve, and the work we choose to do every day with our clients. Most importantly, it’s a reminder of the story I want to share, especially when explaining to my children what it means to build a better world.
Reflecting on my 2025 chapter, the year was about shared work and shared purpose. I helped write new narratives around water security at Oxford’s Marmalade Festival alongside the Skoll World Forum. I facilitated strategy sessions with the Africa Oxford Initiative, and brought change-makers together through SoFest and FairTrade Mission Day.
From a groundbreaking corporate-charity partnership and projects with local B Corps™, to earning a new accreditation in action learning facilitation, every event and interaction added a meaningful page to the story of my year; one that ended with celebrating ten years of the global B Corporation™ movement.
Now, as 2026 unfolds, I’m turning to an exciting next chapter. The journey of recertification begins again, this time under the newly evolved B Corp™ framework. This gives me a real chance to challenge myself and others, elevate our organisational practices and deepen our collective accountability. Guided by the momentum of the past year and a continued commitment to meaningful work, I’m looking forward to writing the next installment of my positive impact story.
